Kathy graduated from Memphis State University with highest honors. She was extremely involved as Associate Editor of the Law Review and Treasurer of the Student Body Association, awarded the Outstanding Female Graduate Award from the National Association of Women Lawyers, awarded several American Jurisprudence Awards, a moot court finalist and also has been published in the Memphis State Law Review.  She has a B.A. in Economics and Business from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Upon graduation from Memphis State in 1992, Kathy was admitted into the pratice of law in Tennessee and practiced as a Litigation Associate at Heiskell, Donelson, Bearman, Adams, Williams & Kirsch, the largest firm in Tennessee.  In 1994, she was admitted into the practice of law in Florida where she became a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, North County Chapter. 

In 1998, Theo Development, Inc. was established and acquired as managing partner, Theo Realty Investments, a property investment company with over 150,000 square feet of commercial office/flex, warehouses and 20 acres of prime development land located in Tampa, Florida.  With the acquisition of commercial property, Kathy became a member in notable  associations such as BOMA & ICSC. 

In 2001, with the fitness craze abound, she designed, constructed and is President of Oxygen Health & Wellness, a  10,000 square foot fitness center located in North Palm Beach, FL, This luxurious facility encompasses the "New Era" of fitness.  Oxygen Health & Wellness is a member of IHRSA and the North Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce.  Well known in the local community, Kathy donates facility services and memberships for auction to most local charity events.

In 2003, she shifted a portion of Theo Realty's investments to South Florida and acquired two new properties in Jupiter and Stuart.  To further expand, she has turned her attention to providing professional commercial property management for individual investors. 

In 2004, Oxygen Health & Wellness was nominated for the Leadership Award for Small Business of the Year organized by the North Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce. 

Kathy is the proud mother of three boys and the wife of Palm Beach County's most prominent neurosurgeon, Charles S. Theofilos.

Mary Becker is a veteran Property Management Specialist, Controller and Office Manager who brings almost 2 decades of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate management and investment and more than a decade in real estate bookkeeping and office management.

She is a Licenses Florida Real Estate Broker and holds several industry leading licenses and accreditations from BOMA Real Property Administrator (RPA), IREM Accredited Commercial Manager and is a candidate for a CCIM designation.  She is a member of CREW, NAR, FAR and Jupiter, Tequesta, Hobe Sound Board of Realtors and Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches. She also holds a license as a Certified Public Bookkeeper from the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers.

As Business Manager for Theo Development, Inc, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Ms. Becker oversees the company’s investment portfolio of commercial office buildings, light industrial warehouses and retail centers.  Her expertise includes negotiating new leases and renewals, overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling bank statements, reviewing investments for capital improvements, preparation of financial statements and budgets, preparing and processing payroll and payroll tax returns, assesses risk for insurance policies for adequate coverage, hiring and supervising contractors, overseeing construction to tenant build-outs, repairs and maintenance and oversees multiple corporation subsidiaries.  She has also been instrumental in the acquisition of new property by performing due diligence on the sites for purchase.

Ms. Becker’s previous professional experience has included positions in property management PM Community Specialists, Chicago, IL in which she was in charge of producing financial statements for the condominium boards as well as supervised the property accounting staff for the condominium complexes that run along Chicago’s “Magnificent Mile” and “Gold Coast”.

With First Merit Realty Services, Inc., Chicago, IL, she was a full charge bookkeeper for the company’s portfolio of 18 apartment complexes and 5 prestigious “Loop” high rise office buildings.  She also supervised the corporate headquarters staff.

James Boissonneau
Senior Property Maintenance Manager

James Boissonneau is one of our Senior Property Maintenance Managers who brings 2 decades of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate management and maintenance.  He is a Florida native and is a veteran of the U.S. Airforce. 

His military discipline has instilled in him an orderly working manner which allows him to accomplish all aspects of his responsibilities. He has worked in residential construction for many years and then converted his skills to commercial construction and maintenance where he has performed most of the onsite needs of our commercial properties in Brevard County.  He is very knowledgeable in all areas of construction and maintenance.

James operates and maintains our 40,000sf neighborhood shopping center in Palm Bay, as well as our 30,000sf warehouse/flex building in Melbourne and 40,000sf office buildings in Cape Canaveral.

Richard Waters
Senior Property Maintenance Manager

Rick Waters is another of our Senior Property Maintenance Managers who has 30 years experience in the construction industry - from high rises, retail and educational, to healthcare and office/flex.

Rick came to us after the completion of our two new 80,000sf buildings.  He was the foreman for our recently completed development at University Corporate Park in Tampa, near USF.

Rick operates and maintains University Corporate Park, which consists of 130,000sf of office/flex space.  He is highly knowledgeable and skilled regarding all aspects of commercial construction and maintenance.
