The Theo Group opened its doors to the real estate world through acquisition, in 1998. Since then, we have acquired numerous properties in prominent areas of Florida including Tampa, Palm Bay, Cape Canaveral, Melbourne, Martin County and Palm Beach County totaling over  265,000 square feet of office/flex, warehouse, retail strip and neighborhood centers and over 150 acres of vacant land.

The pride of our portfolio is University Corporate Park (UCP) (www.universitycorporatepark.com)  along the University of South Florida corridor.  UCP’s prominent tenants include the Department of Veteran Affairs, Davita, Moffitt Cancer Center, Lincare, Inc. and several successful small businesses that have been long term tenants.  Most recently we have developed two new state of the art buildings totaling 80,000 square feet within the UCP complex. There is also another siteplan approved 47,000sf building that is in the planning stages.  The original UCP building have also undergone a recent face lift.

The Theo Group, has also recently announced the opening of its professional property management division, specializing in commercial properties throughout South Florida.  Because we are a small firm, we are able to focus more closely on each property individually.  This allows our management team to relate to our clients and tenants on a more personal level.
