Colleen Carlson
Property Administrator/Executive Assistant
Colleen Carlson joined the Theo Group in 2023. She has 24 years of experience in the financial industry in Chicago and two years as a property management admin. Colleen has two grown sons and loves Zumba, yoga and the beach.
Dari Holcomb
Property Accountant
Dari joined the Theo Group in May of 2019 as a Property Accountant. She has over 30 years of experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, construction funding and cash management involving mixed-use projects, commercial properties, medical office buildings, student housing and hotels. Dari’s vast professional experience includes positions with the Related Group, Ecclestone Organization, Allied Capital and Development, and NAI/Merin Hunter Codman.
When Dari is not at work, she loves to travel, read books and magazines, yoga and boating.
Barri Summey
Staff Accountant
Barri is a Staff Accountant at The Theo Group. She joined the Accounting Team as a key member to assist with the day-to-day accounting functions for all assigned entities. When she’s not keeping busy with work you can find me enjoying the outdoors.
Barri spends her free time travelling, boating and working out.
Rick Waters
Maintenance Manager
Rick Waters has 30 years experience in the construction industry – from high rises, retail and educational, to healthcare and office/flex. Rick operates and maintains University Corporate Park, which consists of 130,000sf of office/flex space. He is highly knowledgeable and skilled regarding all aspects of commercial construction and maintenance.
Rick mentors the University of South Florida program of high power rocketry in his spare time. He also enjoys bowling, golf, hunting, and fishing.
